·        Parties mutually agree   ·        Court ordered   ·        Domestic violence

·        Sexual/physical abuse   ·        Drug/alcohol abuse   ·        Mental heath issues

·        Flight risk   ·       Reunification

    Monitored Visits

·        Neutral monitoring in a safe conflict-free environment

·        Multi-family and/or private schedule

·        Consistent enforcement of the rules for all participants

·        No contact between the parties

·        Affirmation to the children that they are not alone, normalizing the situation as much as possible

·        Therapeutic counseling (upon request)

·        Visit observation reports and/or testimony provided upon request

·        Uniformed officer for multi-family visits

    Monitored Exchange

·        Occur in a public/mutually agreed setting

·        Scheduled according to family & court-ordered need

·       By appointment only and scheduled in advance

 When and Where

·        Visits are similar to spending time with the child in a day care setting

·        Includes up to approximately 20 children and the visiting parties

·        Supervised by trained monitors

·        Thursday evenings 6p to 8p

·        1^st, 3^rd, & 5^th Saturdays 8a to Noon

·        Light snack provided

·        Staggered arrival and departure times ensure no contact between custodial and non-custodial parties

·       Indoor and outdoor activities

·       All fees must be kept current and all polices must be followed for continued participation
